The high demand for
affordable housing in the Twin Cities area has encouraged SEACC to create a
Housing Development Program to bring awareness of affordable housing to the
community. The Housing Development Program educates immigrants and community
members about homeownership, empowering them to be self-reliant and teaching
them about the opportunities and process of owning a home. Workshops and
one-on-one counseling sessions are available to educate the community about
homeownership and answering any questions they may have.
