Youth Programs

To build the capacity of Southeast Asian individuals and families so they can fully participate in American Life while retaining important cultural values and traditions.

The Youth Leadership Development Program was created to empower Southeast Asian youth in terms of education development, career development, cultural appropriation, leadership skills, communication skills, family effectiveness, CPR and first aid training, decision making skills, and goal setting strategies.

Activities that the youth group are involved in consist of:

* Weekly Meetings
* Camping Trips
* Field Trips
* Fundraising Activities
* Guest Speakers
* Family Effectiveness Training
* Community Volunteering
* And More...

The youth group has been planning and looking forward to future events such as leadership trainings, college visits, and meeting important local authority figures.

The leadership program allows youth to develop a stronger sense of community awareness, confidence, responsibility, and importance through a way that is healthy for themselves and their families.
